This checklist outlines everything you need to do to start selling online with Shopiroller. These steps will help you create, open, promote and grow your eCommerce store.

Set up your online store ⚒️

Before adding products for your Shopiroller store, you need to add some information about your store. To easily manage your business; You can activate online payment methods, activate store plugins and customize your theme.

1. Become a member and login to your store
2. Name your Store
3. Add Store Information and select Store Currency
4. Activate Payment Method
5. Enable WhatsApp Chat Support
6. Set up Shipping and Delivery Cost
7. Add legal customer agreements (we prepared for you)
8. Set up website and domain

Activate your online store 🎯

The appearance of your store is very important to your customers. It should inspire confidence and include all necessary information. You should add as many products as possible. For each product you add, you must add at least 3 images and add description information. All these are actions that will increase your chances of getting an order.

1. Add your Products
2. Create Categories for your products (Optional)
3. Create product Variants (Optional)

Test your online store 💻

Before launch, we must test and manage the system like a customer. We can test it by placing a few trial orders. Thus, we can detect and solve the error that a potential user may experience beforehand. Additionally, don’t forget to test the following:

Promote your online store 🚀

You set up your online store and made it ready for your customers. Congratulations. Now you need to promote your store. You need to get your potential customers to get to know you and review your store. Promotion is possible in social media, physical posters and brochures and promotions.

1. Create an Instagram and Social Account for your store
2. Share your store link on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp
3. Create a discount coupon and promote it
4. Share in Facebook and Telegram groups with your potential customers, establish partnerships
5. Advertise with social media and Google Ads
6. Create payment products with “Get paid with link feature” and share with campaign on Instagram and Social Media

1) Go to https://www.shopiroller.com/en/ and click the Get Started Free button.

2) If you have not created a user account before, click Create an Account on the login screen.

3) Write down your name and surname in the Fullname field, fill in the other information, and click the Create New Account button.

4) You will be notified that your registration was successful after registration. You do not need to take any action on this screen. It will take you to the login screen in a few seconds.

5) A confirmation e-mail is sent to your e-mail address when you register. If you do not enter your e-mail address and confirm it, you will encounter an error like the one below.

6) After confirming your e-mail address and logging in, the following screen will appear. If the information on the page appears in another language, click on the marked area at the top right and click Profile.

7) Select the language that you want from the Language field and click the Save button. After this process, the page’s language will be changed. Click on the logo in the upper left corner of the screen to return to the main page.

8) You can create your first store by clicking Create New Project button.

9) You can write the name of your store in the Project name field. Then click the Create Project button.

10) After creating your project, you will be directed to the main page, and you will be able to see your project there. Click on your Project name to edit your store.

11) And now your store is ready. Now you can add your products and prepare your store for sale.

Step 2 – How to add products to the store

1) Click on Catalog from the left menu and select Products from the drop-down menu.

2) Since you haven’t added a product on your products page, it will appear blank. Click the Add New Product button on the top right.

3) You must enter your product information on the New Product screen. You can select on the right if your product has a category or brand.

Note: If you have not created a Catalog or Brand from the menu on the left of the screen, these fields will be blank. You can create and edit the category of your products later.

4) You can write the Stock number of your product in the stock code section.

5) You can choose your product’s shipping fee in the shipping section. Selecting a fixed shipping rate from the Store Settings section will be reflected in the Fixed Shipping Fee section on the screen. If you want to choose a special shipping fee for this product, click on Special Shipping Fee and write the shipping fee of the product in the box below. After entering all the information, click the Save button.

6) Congratulations! Now your first product is ready. You can continue to add new products by following the same procedures.

1) After logging into your store, click on Language and Localization under Store Settings on the left.

2) If you want to add another language to your application, click the Add Language button.

3) In the window that opens, select the language option you want to add to your application and click the Add Language button.

4) Click on Store Information from the menu on the left, enter your store’s information in the relevant fields, and click the Save button.

5) Click on the Payment section from the left menu to make your payment settings. Y can choose the payment methods you want to use in your store.

For the payment methods you want to activate, you must click on the button opposite their names, activate it, and configure it by entering the information you received from the relevant payment provider. You can find information on how to add payment methods from the link below.

6) Click on Legal Pages and enter the legal information about your store in the relevant fields.

If you do not know how to fill in the legal information section or if you do not have your own contracts, you can get information from the link below.

If your application has more than one language, click the Add New Translation button. This way, you can enter legal information about the language you have added.

7) From the Shipping and Delivery section, select the Fixed Shipping Fee you want to use for your product orders and click the Save button.

8) Click on E-Mail Notification from the menu on the left.

– In the E-mail Sending Options section, you can write from which e-mail address the notification e-mails sent to your customers will be sent.

– In the System Notifications section, you can write to which e-mail address you will receive the notification for any product order.

You can add a new e-mail address to receive notifications by clicking the Add New Recipient button.

1) Click on the “+” button next to the Sales Channels text on the left menu.

2) You can select sales channels from the screen that appears and start selling your products.

Step 5 – How to manage sales and customers?

1) You can track and manage your Last Customers and Recent Orders while on the Dashboard screen.

2) But if you want to see all customers, click on Clients from the menu on the left of the screen. A list of all your customers will appear. Here, you can sort your customers as you wish or search for a specific customer from the search field. If you want to access the customer’s detailed information, click on the Client Details button on the far right of the customer’s name.

3) On the screen that comes up, you can access your customer’s information and see their orders. If you have an order that you want to review, you can view the details of that order by clicking the Order Detail button on the far right of that order.

4) Click on Orders from the left menu to see all orders. A list of all orders will appear. In this field, you can sort, search and filter the orders. Click on the Order Detail button on the far right of the order you want to review or change the order status.

5) On the Order Detail screen, you can see and manage all the information about this order.

If you want the customer to be aware of the changes made in the order status, you must select the “Notify the user of changes by email” section. So they can receive a notification via email.

6) You can change the current status of this order from the Status and Tracking section on the Order Detail screen.
